At The Copper Poppy, we love the work we do and want you to be delighted with your order.
Each piece on the site is hand stamped, letter by letter, for you (or your pet) with high quality metals, with style and comfort in mind. Measurements and metal gauge are listed in our descriptions, along with detailed product information. Recycled materials are used as we're able, both in the tags and in our packaging.
SHOP POLICIES
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted through PayPal (which can process your debit or credit card, no Paypal account needed), and your order will be in the production queue once your payment clears. Pieces paid via Paypal eCheck will not ship until the eCheck has cleared.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE & SHIPPING
We know the feeling - you want your item as quickly as possible! (We're impatient too ... )
Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be customized once payment is received. Saturday & Sunday, as well as USPS postal holidays, are not business days) Items are shipped USPS 1st Class with shipping confirmation unless you request/pay for a different service. We offer RUSH Production and expedited shipping (such as USPS Priority or Express) at checkout. Fees calculate based on the services selected. Please note, paying for an upgraded shipping service will not expedite the production time unless RUSH Production is selected.
Per Paypal policies, items will only be shipped to the address you've entered at checkout.
Your purchase will come securely wrapped in a padded envelope in its own cute 100% cute muslin bag. To keep shipping costs low for everyone, multiple items will come in the same bag. If you prefer individual packaging for each item, it'll be $1 for each additional piece.
Finally, as much as I'd like to, I cannot control the postal service and cannot be held responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or delays at the customs office.
***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***
In accordance with the law, all international orders will have full value declared on customs forms. Import duties, VAT taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost, as these charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to buying. The Copper Poppy will not refund items that that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our items are custom-made, so refunds will only be made if the item is damaged and a replacement can't be mailed. Mistakes sometimes happen - if you catch my error, notify me within 7 days of receipt, and I will gladly re-make the correct tag for you and ship it at my expense.
Open communication is key here- we try to portray everything we sell as accurately as possible so there are no surprises. We ask that you communicate what you're looking for as correctly as possible so your needs are met!
